West Side Campaign Against Hunger (www.wscah.org/volunteer) is a supermarket-style food pantry on the Upper West Side.

  • Food Pantry Volunteers Needed:
    • Assist with basic pantry operations including stocking shelves, sorting food, helping customers shop, and other basic pantry operations.
    • Dress appropriately – comfortable clothing, rubber soled shoes, and a hat unless you are okay wearing a hairnet.
    • Ages 8-12 must be accompanied by adult; 12+ can be solo
  • Volunteers needed for 3-4 hour shifts, Monday – Friday from 8am – 7pm. Shift times:
    • 8am-12pm
    • 1-4pm
    • 4-7pm
  • Location: West Side Campaign Against Hunger, 263 West 86th St (in the basement of the SPSA Church)
