YANA Webinar | Strategic Planning for Nonprofits

July 1 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Opportunity and Innovation in a Time of Crisis

Wednesday, July 1, 2020 | 1:00-2:00pm EDT

Opportunity and Innovation in a Time of Crisis – Todd Brecher ‘91, Founder, Kadima Strategies

In the space of a few months, our world has completely changed. For nonprofits in particular, this can be a time of fear and, for some, existential crisis. However, crisis can also be the stimulus that allows organizations to not only survive but innovate and improve. Easier said than done, of course.

In this webinar, we will focus on:

  • Developing the proper mindset to start planning for the future
  • Frameworks for strategic thinking about the future in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • How design thinking can help your organization focus your mission and begin to innovate to meet the needs of your constituents.
